Overview
A concept for a multi-speciality clinic that needs a trustworthy online presence and a simple system for managing appointment requests across departments.
Challenge
Clinic front desks are often overwhelmed by calls asking about timings, doctors and availability. Patients cannot easily see doctors' specialities or which department to visit.
Goals
- Reduce appointment calls to the front desk
- Build patient trust before the first visit
- Give staff one place to manage requests
Strategy
Patients arrive either knowing their doctor or knowing their symptom. We designed two entry points, by doctor and by department, that both end in the same appointment request.
Design
A clean, light interface with a calming teal accent, large readable type and strong colour contrast so the site works well for older patients.

Development
Appointment requests are stored in PostgreSQL and surfaced in a staff dashboard with role-based access, so reception staff and doctors each see what they need.
